Valentines Day filled chocolate hearts

Happy Valentines Day my loves,


No matter if you're alone or with someone you can make this treat so easy it will make your heart sing. Pb&j is an all time favorite so nothing can go wrong. Except they turned out thicker than I wanted, but hey with a big heart you get big chocolates. I recommend using silicone ice cube tray for making these but I only had muffin try in heart shape so go with what we have.


Ingredients

Dark chocolate - for thins 100g is enough

Natural peanut butter

Salt, cinnamon, sweetener of your choice

Vegan strawberries or strawberries and chia seeds

Any topping you like, I used shredded coconut

Melt the chocolate either in microwave using 30 sec rounds and stirring it after each round or in a double boiler. Add a thin layer to the mould and move it around to cover. Put it in the fridge for 5 minutes to set. Stir the pb with the spices and add to the middle. Add the jam and pour the rest of the chocolate on top. Put in the fridge for another 30 minutes to set completely and it's ready.

For the jam you can make it at home by heating gently your strawberries cut into small pieces. Smash them with a fork. When it is cooled to room temperature add one tablespoon of grounded or whole chia seeds and let it set in the fride. You can use it for up to 5 days stored in the fridge.
