Valentine's Day treats

Hi Lovelies,


Hope you're having a fabulous day with your loved ones or even on your own. Wishing you a happy Valentine's Day, and just brought a little treat to feel the love. Sharing is caring, so feel free to prep a little more.



Depending on how big balls you are making, this can serve like 8-10 balls

Igredients:

- 1,5 cup rolled oats

- 2 tsp dragonfruit powder

- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil

- 25 g vegan protein, I used white chocolate charamel flavour, but vanilla or unflavored can totally do the trick

- one tsp of agave

- a splash of almond milk

- cherries

- shredded coconut + half tsp dragonfruit powder



Add the rolled oats to a blender and pulse it into a finer texture. Add it in a bowl, amd mix together with the dragonfruit powder, peotein, coconut oil, agave and milk. Mix it well and let it sit for 10 minutes. Scoop out some of the mixture in your hand and add a cherry in the middle. Form a ball.

Mix the shredded coconut with the dragonfruit powder and roll the ball into it. You can keep these in the fridge for a few days, but I guess it won't last for long.
