Here's a simple breakfast or snack for you in the autumn season. Packed full of nutrients and flavours for you.
Pumpkin pie smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup steamed pumpkin
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1tbsp chia seeds
- 1cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
- agave (sweetener of your choice)
- pumpkin spice mix
Blend it up and enjoy. If you want to make it more creamy and filling add a frozen banana.
