Healthy festive tiramisu

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas... 😊🎄

Until we are waiting for the snow let's get in the mood. But lets make it in a healthier way, shall we? This tiramisu layered chia pudding looks and sounds so good, you really want to make a small batch not to eat it all.

You can make it till prepping the presents, or for Christmas eve dinner too. ready in no time, no baking or cooking involved, and granted to amaze your family and friends with it.




Layer 1:

Coffee of your choice (caffein free is kid friendly)

200 ml almond yogurt

2 tbsp chia seeds

20 g chocolate vegan protein or cacao+sweetener of your choice


Layer 2:

200 ml almond yogurt

20 g vanilla vegan protein or vanilla drops+sweetener of your choice


Mix the ingredient of the two layers in different bowls, than start to layer them in a nice glass.

Add cacao powder, pumpkin spice mix and raw cacao nibs on top.
