Holiday mood is on, everyone eating all the foods on the table, plenty of sweets and chips, and candy...... and suddenly you're feeling like a stuffed turkey ready to burst open?
Give your poor system a break and make this easy recipe to restore and reboot a little.
Turmeric is anti-inflammatory so it can help reduce bloating and puffiness.
Ingredients (for 2):
400 gr cauliflower
0,5 cup vegetable broth
onion
4 tbsp coconut or almond cream
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp ground cumin
salt
4 tbsp nutritional yeast
Sautee the diced onion in a pan for 5 minutes, than add the cauliflower florets and the veggie broth. Let it steam for 3 minutes, than add with all remaining ingredients to a blender. Blend it up and enjoy. I topped with pumpkin seeds and pumpkin seed oil for more flavour.
