Sandwich topping made of...what????
Today I brought you a simple yet sooooo delicious sandwich topping with raw pumpkin. Yes you've heard it right, no cooking or baking involved, ready in 2 minutes
Get spiced up!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup grated pumpkin
- garlic, grated (or garlic powder)
- 2 tbsp veganaise
- horseradish
- salt
Grate the raw pumpkin, add garlic, veganaise, a little horseradish if you like spicy, salt and you're done. Load it on some toast with greens and you have devine sandwich. To make it low carb leave the bread and load up some salad leaves.
