Breakfast protein oats

Good morning to all,


Today's breakfast oats is just as simple as it sounds. It takes 5 minutes to make a bowl of hot and creamy breakfast with yummy yoghurt and berries on top, which can be satisfing on a dark gloomy winter morning. I love sitting at the window and watch the snow falling while stuffing my face with that kind of brekkie. Give it a try, make yourself cozy and you'll see what I'm talking about.



Ingredients:

50 g oats

1 scoop of vegan protein (I used Biotech Usa vegan berry flavour)

1/2 cup of water

1/2 cup almond milk (any kind of plant milk or water will do)

plant based yoghurt

fruits of choice

pumpkin seeds (or any toppings like granola)


Pourt the oats, water, milk in a pot and start to heat it up and cook it. After 5-6 minutes it absorbs the liquid and becomes creamy you can add the protein powder. From that it is totally your choice how to garnish it. I topped mine with soy yoghurt, frozen berries, hald of a pear, agave syrup and roasted pumpkin seeds.
