Hi Lovelies,
Today I brought you a smoothie which is a kick in the morning, give a lots of energy and besides that looks, smells and tastes delicious.
Ingredients:
2 apples (medium size)
10 pitted dates
a pinch of salt
1 scoop vanilla flavoured vegan protein
cinnamon
nutmeg
almond milk or water
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until really smooth. if you leave the blender on for some more minutes, it can actually warm up the smoothie, so this can be a real sweet treat in the morning.
The apples in the smoothie give you a ton of fibre, which will keep you full till lunchtime.
Dates sweeten up this drink, give a lot of energy, and help with digestion. They will give you that caramel flavour.
Cinnamon and nutmeg give your smoothie a good taste and smell, plus they have anti inflammatory effects, and help with losing weight.
Salt helps to balance out the flavours, and give you a full taste.
